SILKO – FEEL is a Acrylic Co-Polymer SOFTNER Specially formulated to give SOFT, SILKY, LUSTROUS and BOUNCY feel to any fabric-wollen, terry towel & yarn dyeing (natural, Man Made or blends)

TECHNICAL DATA :

  • APPEARANCE – White Paste with some fragments.
  • CHEMICAL NATURE – Acrylic Co-Polymer.
  • IONIC NATURE – Non Ionic.
  • P H – 7.0 to 7.5
  • CONTENTS – AZO FREE
  • SOLUBILITY – It is easily soluble in W A R M W A T E R in all concentrations.
  • COMPATIBILITY –   It is compatible with all FILLERS, SOFTENERS, SILICON etc.

WHAT IS SILKO-FEEL?

SILKO-FEEL is an Acrylic based CO-Polymer, working as a SOFTNER of fabric & wollen.

WHAT ARE THE EFFECTS OF SILKO-FEEL?

  • It gives SOFTNESS, SILKYNESS, LUSTOUR and BOUNCINESS to fabric & wollen.
  • SILKO-FEEL gives very good bonding to all FILLERS.
  • SILKO-FEEL does not give yellowing tint to white fabrics.
  • SILKO-FEEL gives very good ABSORBANCY after finish.

ADVANTAGES :

  • When used alone, it gives excellent LUSTOUR and SILKINESS to the fabric, Woolen, terry towel & Yarn Dyeing.
  • It helps Starch, PVA Emulsion (Polysol) etc. to be more fast to washing apart from reduction in harshness.
  • It does not develop rancidity or discoloration on standing.
  • Without any odour.
  • As SILKO-FEEl eliminates all other Softener, Partial Silicon Emulsion and cationic softners etc. hence reduction in Inventory.
  • SILKO-FEEL Increase excellent WHITENESS and BRIGHTNESS of Fabric, Woolen, Terry Towel & Yarn Dyeing
  • Due to Hydrophilic Nature it is highly recommended for TERRY – TOWEL / R.F.D. / Garment. Woolen Fabric & yarn dyeing.

APPLICATIONS :

SILKO – FEEL is readily soluble in W A R M W A T E R. It is applied for Finish by routing machines at routine temperatures and speed along with body/filler material if any.

SUGGESTIONS :

  • Dissolve SILKO-FEELIN WARM WATER Only
  • Other Softeners are not required.
  • Use body chemicals (Starch, PVA Emulsion-Polysol
  • Use SILKO-FEEL (a) 35%-45% against standard softners. (b) 25%-30% againstnon standard (local) Softeners.
