SILKO – FEEL is a Acrylic Co- Polymer specially formulated to give LUSTEROUS Glossy FEEL & Give more CARRIAGE to any Pigment Dyeing / Printing Paste.

TECHNICAL DATA :

APPEARANCE – White Paste with some fragments.
CHEMICAL NATURE – Acrylic Co-Polymer.
IONIC NATURE – Non Ionic.
P H – 7.0 to 7.5
CONTENTS – AZO FREE
SOLUBILITY – It is easily soluble in W A R M W A T E R
COMPATIBILITY – It is compatible with all FILLERS, SOFTNERS, Resin etc.

ADVANTAGES :

It gives exellent LUSTOUR and GLOSYNESS to the Pigment Dyeing/ Printing Paste.
It helps Resin, Pigment & Body Emulsion (Polysol) etc.
Reduction in harshness.
It does not develop rancidity or discolouration on standing.
Without any odour.
SILKO – FEEL eliminates all other Softener, Partial Pigments Colour etc. hence reduction in Inventory.
SILKO – FEEL gives excellent BRIGHTNESS to the Pigment Paste.
It can Replace Pigments Colour up to Certain Limit as per cost & Quality.
SILKO – FEEL gives the get up/Clarity in impression.
SILKO – FEEL stops the Blotting of Paste.

APPLICATIONS :

SILKO – FEEL is readily soluble in W A R M W A T E R. It is applied for Pigment Dyeing/ Printing Paste by routine machines at routine temperatures and speed along with body/filler material if any.

SUGGESTIONS :

Dissolve SILKO – FEELin W A R M W A T E R only.
Other Softeners are not required.
Use SILKO – FEEL 2% – 5%
