SILKO-SIZE ®

SILKO – SIZE is a sizing agent made of Acrylic Co-Polymer for better adhesion to Starch, Glue, Gum, CMS, PVA etc. apart from high Wet Pick-up and less breakage on looms.

TECHNICAL DATA :

APPEARANCE – Paste with some fragments.
CHEMICAL NATURE – Acrylic Co-Polymer.
IONIC NATURE – Non Ionic.
P H – 7.0 to 7.5
CONTENTS – AZO FREE
SOLUBILITY – It is easily soluble in W A R M W A T E R in all concentrations.
COMPATIBILITY – It is compatible with all sizing chemicals.

APPLICATIONS :

SILKO – SIZE is readily soluble in W A R M W A T E R. It is mized with other chemicals in other cooker. Adding SILKO-SIZE in the cooker 10 minutes before the heating is switched off.

SUGGESTIONS :

Dissolve Remove 50% all Softners, Tallow, Gum, Glue, CNC etc.
Remove PVA Solution by 50%
Increase Starch by the weight of above removed chemicals.
Increase starch 5% to 10% of the basic weight.
